    • Your subscription appears to have expired. Support does require a current subscription.

You also didn't post any link and login details anyway - so I can't check.

Are you using latest versions of template ~(v1.2.2) and Gantry 5 (5.4.23) too?

      Regards, Mark.

    • I bought the template this morning. Check again ;)

I use the latest version of joomla. 3.8.6
I use the latest version of Kraken.
I use the latest version of Gantry.

My website is local, I can't provide you with a link.

    • Ok fair enough - I see that now - but it didn't say that before.

I checked the demo and that seems ok - so I would need to see your site live to be able to diagnose your issue. Please get you site on the net and provide login details and url in th secure tab of your post.

Also make sure your browser zoom is set at 100%

      Regards, Mark.

    • Problem solved!
I completely reinstalled my joomla + template installation and it works fine.

However, when I create a menu and associate an article with it, why do I still end up with all the data on the Home page?

    • One of these:
      1. you have associated the "home" outline with the menu item that shows the article.
      2. You actually don't have a menu item that points at the article and joomla will therefore use the "default" menu item (usually "home").
      3. You've made the "home" outline the default template.

Without seeing your site I can't tell which of those it actually is.

      Regards, Mark.

    • 1. Look at the menu item in menu manager - what template is it set to use?
      2. How are you accessing the article? it it really a direct menu item (type single article)?
      3. Look in template manager - what template is the yellow star set on?

      Regards, Mark.
