Hello,
first, please look at picture on this link.

if I only use template, and as a module, why i do not see the same particle, why can not I use it? Please help

In your "fluent template" example you will find that you don't have the Fluent template set as the default template in template manager (yellow star next to template) - you will have some other template set as the default and that is why not all the particles show up in the list - it simp0ly doesn't know which ones to show for the other template.
