    • You're getting a 503 "service unavailable" message in IE Edge "the service is temporaily overloaded". This points to a hosting issue, usually a timeout issue or the server is genuinely overwhelmed, or you've exceed maximum concurrent sessions on the server.

      I will ask my colleague if they know of other reasons for the issue.

    • Well you can see from my screenshot that's what's happening for me. Actually. it should 503 on that screen because the site is offline... but it's the "overloaded" bit that intrigues me - that's not usual.

    • You Ambrosia template is out of date too so backup and update that to latest just in case that helps.

    • download standalone version of template and install in extension manager (DO NOT uninstall first).
