SOLVED Gantry 5 and jQuery CSS use issues

I'm trying to run a Mijoshop using a Gantry 5 template. All seems to work fine until the user has to go to the checkout. The checkout takes the user through a series of steps. When the user arrives at the checkout the first step is supposted to be expanded automatically. And if they click on the step and "Continue" to the next step, the system is the jump to the next step and auto expand.
This all works in another store using Gantry 4, but I can only point to Gantry 5 as the issue.

- unsure... there's no errors in console...if the script is supposed to fire on page load to expand that first item you'd think a page refresh would do the trick... but on refresh it doesn't expand either and again there are no errors... you can try cranking up error reporting to maximum to see if you get any useful errors but at present there isn't anything for us to look at or debug... I'd recommend reaching out to MijoShop and see if they have any advice
