Item Classes Where is the List?

- Where is the list of item classes located? For example, g-line-through?

There is no such "one" list. You didn't say Gantry 4 or Gantry 5 either. Normally the classes will be one of four places:
1. "typography" page of demo/rocketlauncher
2. "block variations" or "module class variations" page of demo/rocketlauncher
3. Template documentation.
4. Gantry documentation.

- Are they located in different places for Gantry 4 compared to Gantry 5? I am using the current version of Gantry 5.

They are two different frameworks so some classes are different or are used differently.
