By the way, you really shouldn't modify template files - if you want to modify CSS then you can create a text file, add the CSS overrides then save the file as rt_templatename-custom.css and put it in the template's css directory and refresh the cache.
If you are using the Epsilon template for example then the file should be named rt_epsilon-custom.css if you are using Joomla. If you are using Wordpress then the file should be named rt_epsilon_wp-custom.css
