Posted 10 years 4 days ago
    • Hello,

When I try to open the template (/administrator/index.php?option=com_gantry&task=template.edit&id=20)to make some changes I get the error: 0 couldn't connect to host

I didn't made any changes since the last time I went there.
Everything else seems to work just fine.
No problems with the database or with the webserver.

    • I love to read the last post of that topic but:

      403 Forbidden
You do not have permissions to access this page.

I read on joomla that the php version was getting out of support from 3.3. And its just a setting in .httaccess document to change the php version :) I can easly change it back. But that doesn't fix the problem.

      Can you copy the solution?

      Thanks so far!

    • That's because your membership has expired (which I hadn't noticed before)

      But the answer is...

You have to activate HTTP(s) outgoing connections in your cPanel Firewall options.
Firewall Options Enabled HTTP(s) outgoing connections

      Regards, Mark.
