    • We have a very strange error we cannot fix. We use the Gantry 5 Framework for Wordpress with the Hyrdrogen theme. For some reason already 2 times we get a 500 server error in the frontend. The first time we 'fixed' it by pulling a backup but now we have the same issue. This is the error from the logs (domain and user names changed):

[Wed Jun 14 12:48:26.129182 2017] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 11509] [client 141.101.76.240:36499] AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 3221225472 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 16384 bytes) in /home/user/domains/domain.com/public_html/new/wp-content/plugins/gantry5/src/vendor/twig/twig/lib/Twig/Environment.php(462) : eval()'d code on line 221\nPHP message: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 3221225472 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 299008 bytes) in /home/user/domains/domain.com/public_html/new/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3721\nPHP message: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 3221225472 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 303104 bytes) in Unknown on line 0\n'

      What we have tried:
      - Increase php memory (now at 3G)
      - Cleared cache
      - Enabled/disables development mode

      Please help!

    • you may have set your PHP at 3G but you're only getting 16384 bytes and 303104 bytes at times... so you're running out of PHP memory... are you on shared hosting? If you're supposed to be getting 3GB dedicated you'll definately want to hit them up to see what's going on
