SOLVED Gantry 5 Fatal Error

Godaddy was working on some domain issue and then Gantry 5 had an error which made website blank with no access to WP-admin. Godaddy deactivated all plugins. I deleted Gantry 5 and tried new install. I received this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in D:\Hosting\2519268\html\wp-content\plugins\gantry5\gantry5.php on line 129
According to Godaddy I am running PHP 5.4 on Windows server.
Before Godaddy intervention it worked fine.
Any ideas?

Can you give me ftp access and i will check if its php.5.4 also url ...
