From today when i go to my webpage i get this error:
when i reload at that point it works, but when i click another page it gives this error again.

You will note that this is being installed on a (local) Google App Engine Project.
The wordpress installation works perfectly and third party plugins install and activate fine - just RokCommon that's failing.
