SOLVED Gantry admin tabs not working

I was able to setup the template for the site, but for some reason I am now unable to make changes or to click on any of the tabs.
My Gantry Template version 4.1.26 on Joomla 3.36 site.
Server apache ver 2.2.26
PHP 5.4.35
My SQL V 5.5.40-36.1
System Plugins enabled:
System-Gantry
System-RokExtender
RokNavMenu installed
Need Assistance please to find the issue.

- can you set error reporting to maximum in the Joomla global config? See what error messages show when you go into the template manager., Also, check directory permissions in system information

In directory permissions all are writable other than configuration.php

You are getting a JS error in template manager (you can see in browser console). I believe this might be caused by your Nonumber extensions - try uninstalling these extensions and clear browser and server cache - not that is not sufficient to disable them as that still leaves their JS active in template manager.
You could also try reinstalling gantry framework too.

Mark,
I reinstalled the template and has begun to function at this time. I was at first worried about having to rebuild the template configuration, but it stayed as I had it setup.
Did not remove the NoNumber extensions, although not many are used at this point I went with the avenue of least resistance, template first.
Although there is are still two JS warnings once into the template:
Use of getAttributeNode() is deprecated. Use getAttribute() instead. mootools-core_:108
Empty string passed to getElementById (). jquery.min.js:2 at each click of the tabs. I don't know what the string is to forward along for reference.
Seems like a funky issue, still has an unknown cause.

I still think it's a clash with the other extensions (nonumber) as it is jquery related. Also, did you reinstall gantry as I suggested?
