SOLVED RokSprocket Broken

I recently uploaded the Metropolis rocket launcher to my WordPress website. There was an issue where RokSprocket could create a roksprocket item, but the text on the page was all jumbled and I couldn't select articles to put in the widget. After uninstalling RokCommon Library and RokSprocket, deleting them, and uploaded the updated versions of each (3.2 and 2.1.6 respectively) the original problem seemed to be gone, but a new problem arose. You can see in the screenshot here. You can't click on anything, and the Continue button does nothing. I would seek an alternative, but we need our client's WordPress website to look as close as possible to their Joomla website.
Is this a common problem? How do we fix it?

- It appears to be working now. I was using the same browser before and the same browser now, Chrome. I have been checking it daily, too. Did you do anything?
