Thats a great answer, I thought that!
Please contact your developers and tell them that the plugin has a bad script programming in shortcode modus.
You can not load the basic mootools script between the head section and all other scripts from the body section, because Wordpress
is loading jquery in between. And thats the reason why your plugin is not working with shortcode!
All mootools based scripts which needed for the plugin should be loaded from head section too.

And please fix this issue for the next release for all other WP users!
