Hi there everyone, I have a strange problem on viewing Roksprocket on mobile
here is the screenshot
This image is hidden for guests.
Please log in or register to see it.
This happend in every smartphone, not in tablet, I use.
How can I fix this problem?

Thank you for taking my request seriously.
I tested from a personal Nokia Lumia 521 Win 8 phone, Samsung Galaxy S, and iPhone 5s and I don't see any issues on your homepage...
I also emulated several other devices without much issue... your Layer Slider widget isn't terrible mobile friendly but it still seemed to work fine under my tests. - SEARCH the forum first! These boards are rich in knowledge and vast in topics. This includes searching just the 'Solved' forums, using Google, and using ChatGPT

- hi, thank you for checking out, but the problem that I have is that my client is quite mad cause of this, I've checked out with my mobile a galaxy note 2 with chrome, my client with an iPhone 5s and we both have the same problem.

Without OS versions and Browser versions we can't pin anything down... I tested on a physical iPhone 5s (not emulation software) using the latest Safari and your homepage renders fine... with some slight transition glitches in that slider...

Try disabling/unpublishing that slider...

- I tested this on IPhone 4s and it works good try disabling all of the plugins except the RT ones and try then!
- Available for CUSTOM WORK with Joomla, WordPress and Grav Templates and Gantry Framework!
