I have Citadel theme, and it box boundary which does not fill the screen
does anyone know how to remove the sorrounding box so that the template can
fill the screen?

Which boundary are you referring to? If you want the sections to go full width you can change their setting on the layout of your outline from "fullwidth (boxed content)" to "fullwidth (flushed content)".

fullwdith(flushed) does not work as it leaves spaces on the left and right
Which particular file in the template has the configurations that can be manipulated

You have the side sections set to "fixed size" so they will always take up space. So remove that checkmark from all your sections (including the central ones).
You Citadel template is also out of date so you should backup and update that.
