SOLVED RokSprocket - Unable to find class for item

on my server access log i found a lot of requests like the following:
index.php?option=com_roksprocket&task=ajax&format=raw&ItemId=xxxx
the response of this page is this:
{"status":"error","message":"Unable to find class for item ","payload":null}
Is this normal or there is an error in the roksprocket module ?

Those are the json calls from roksprocket.
Could you please post a URL to your site (this can be done in the secure area tab if you prefer) so we can look for you. Without a link to page where the problem is on your site it is quite hard for us to provide the best solution due to so many variables. We try to provide file names and line numbers for code changes and if changes have already been made then our advice may be incorrect.

The JSON calls are firing correctly for each slide change in the roksprocket. The links are correct and working correctly too.
