Hi,
cannot solve that error following instructions in topic with the same error.
I have disabled rokcommon and rocksprocket in phpmyadmin but after log into backend only white screen appears.
Is there any other idea how to solve that error?
In secure tab there is url and superuser id and pswd.

hi there,
whenever you see a blank page in joomla, make sure to go to your joomla administrator and set 'error reporting' = maximum in the 'global configuration'.
then refresh the blank page to see if any error messages show that will help us further.
if you can't access your administrator area because of a blank page, use your ftp program to access your joomla files. in the root, open configuration.php and find the line for the error reporting.
change it to
public $error_reporting = 'maximum';
and save.
then refresh the blank page.
