SOLVED I get an error in RokGallery component

- I get an error in RokGallery component. If I want to edit an image or upload it I get:
  "FILE SETTINGS - INVALID RESPONSE
  The response from the server had an invalid JSON string while trying to load Image Data. Following is the reply.
  Invalid JSON response."
  
  I thought that doing an upgrade, I could fix the issue. Nevertheless, it didn't work.
  
  I need to fix that situation ASAP. Please, let me know how you can help me and what other info you need to give us a support.
  
  We appreciate your guidance in this problem.

- What version WordPress or Joomla? What php version are you using?
- Available for CUSTOM WORK with Joomla, WordPress and Grav Templates and Gantry Framework!

  Could you verify the credentials? Please, let us know if you notice something to fix about this error. We are in a hurry to use the component to upload several images in our website.
