    • After moving my site for testing puroses i get an 500 error. For the main site as well as the admin login.

The httpd error log shows the following:
PHP Fatal error: Class 'RokCommon_Service_Container_Builder' not found in /var/www/html/libraries/rokcommon/RokCommon/Service.php on line 14

has anyone got any idea what's wrong. I allready disabled all rok components using phpmyadmin.

      Best regards,

      Ruud

    • Please do not post extensions/template specific questions in the "free stuff" forum. You should post in the extension forum or template forum as appropriate. Most of these forums are for members who have a current PAID membership. Our priority is always to assist paying members.

      Thank you for your understanding.

You membership appears to have expired. Support requires a current subscription.

Nevertheless, How did you move the site? Akeeba backup and Akeeba kickstart right? That's the best way. Ensure your tmp and log paths are still correct. Make sure that all RT products are up-to-date too.

      Regards, Mark.
