editor not showing in "custom html" module

Hi
I have strange problem .. some posts using "Custom HTML" Module is suddenly disappear from the website. Also, when I went to the created "Custom HTML", the editor not showing.
even if I want to create a new Custom HTML, there is no editor showing up.

Since this is a question about core joomla I suggest that you post your question in their forum.
I would also suggest that you look in browser console and set global config error level to "maximum" to see if you can see any other error messages - the chances are that is one of your plugins causing the issue.

I have tried to register in Joomla official website but there is an error when I tried to register.
- browser console (no javascript error)
- error level to "maximum" (no error)
- plugins (I turned off all plugins, but still the same issue)
Any Help?

Can you please take a backup and then upgrade joomla from 3.3.3 to 3.3.6 - then clear server and browser cache.

but about "clear server cache", do you mean joomla cache that inside joomla administrator control panal? if not, how can I clear server cache? my hosting server is bluehost
