J3.8.3 upgrade issue

I installed the 3.8.3 upgrade on 3 different sites, and on 2 of them i'm getting a 404 while accessing the template manager for cerulean. Can someone please tell me where to look for a solution? Thanks...

Your subscription appears to have expired. Support does require a current subscription.
In order to be able to use J3.8.3 you will need the latest version of the cerulean template and Gantry 4. You will need a current subscription to be able to download the latest version of the template.
As Gantry 4 is free you could just download and install that first to see if that helps with your 404 issue.
