SOLVED page content area background

- I was hoping someone could share with me how to make the entire area below the page content area to be the same color as the sheet background. I have some pages that the left side bar area with menus is longer than the page content. The page content ends and you can see the background color. I want it to look like a sheet. Here is an example of what I don't want: co.harney.or.us/index.php/units-services . And here is an example of what I do want: co.harney.or.us/index.php/sheriff-s-office-home . I am using the Citadel template.

This will effect anything you put in the position... so I'm sort of assuming here that you're only going to put the Content Particle in the Mainbar Section...
you can use this custom css:
#g-mainbar { height: 100%; }
There are several ways you can add custom CSS into Gantry 5:
On the Base Outline or Per Outline Level:
Page Settings > Assets
Page Settings > Atoms
