How to remove or edit "Recent News" from Cerulean (wordpress)

Hi Guys,
I have been tring to remove or edit "Recent News" from the front page and "Posts" pages witout success. I think this would be easy but I could't figure out how to do that.
I tryed in the widgets and also in the Theme configuration but I was unable to find where to change this thing. I'm a newbe in wordpress configuration.

Hi all,
As I said, I'm new to wordpress and I didn't know it so much but I have figured out how to make it works. I have selected what to be shown on each page, so I can control the content for each one.
