Hi, how are you?

I am using ChronoForms so i did everything and all the time I click in the menu CONTATO, it gives this error 404. What can i do?

Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and i'll have a look for you.

You hadn't put the form name in the menu item (see screenshot)
Your form then works without SEF enabled.
You haven't provided FTP login details as I requested so I can check your .htaccess file?
