    • hi simon,

those login details don't seem to work for me.
neither on the admin, nor on the frontend of your site.

      kat :)

    • I just tried and it works for me?

Clear your browser and server cache because that usually occurs when you haven't cleared browser cache.

    • Hi MrT

Sorry yes the tread sort of morphed as the '0 couldn't connect to host error' wasn't the cause of the problem, although it was good to get it working anyhow :). The issue that I am trying to solve when I came up against that message is that all my icons have gone missing from the front end, specifically for us the frontend editing icon which is causing a great deal of extra work for me! I can switch the templaet to the RT ximena and icons then appear so something in the haylcon template is causing this to happen...?

      Thanks

      Simon

    • Checking your site you are using v1.5 of halcyon responsive template - we are now on v1.8 and there was a fix in v1.8 to address the missing icons - please backup and then update your template to v1.8.

      Regards, Mark.
