ok I've found also how to move down on the header the menu place.
everything was in the CSS file.
Issue for me is solved and I would like to thank you very much for what you did for me

you can force the dimensions
like so:but that may not be what you are looking for if so, please clarify what you specifically are looking to accomplish..logo-block #rt-logo {width: 100px;height: 80px;} -
