Hello Henning
I am desperately trying to find out where to localize ( I guess it must be in 'main' -- Articles, but do not find) the tab 'Rich Design' on the frontpage with backgr image fp-featuredbg.jpg from the RTLauncher Fresco.
Meanwhile I found the solution under:

An additional question: when a new version of the RTLauncher follows - after this 1.0 - should one reinstall the whole RTLauncher incl J2.5 to update?

I guess the content of the rocketlauncher wont chnage so much so you would just have to update the templates and the extensions that have been updated.
But to avoid trouble I would just install the new Rocketlauncher.
For those struggeling with "Rich Design" ...
The frontpage is a features articles blog.
The words "Rich Design" is the "Page heading" that you can set in "Page Display Options" directly in the menu-item.
The image behind the title can be set in "Layout Options" > "Custom Header Image"

- hi, I'm reading that the RICH DESIGN is a blog but would like to disappear and only that part HOMEPAGE look my modules, I tried to remove items but is a blue line, is there any way to remove that line that forms the Rich Design?

I have the same problem. I've read topics on Rockettheme forum and i don't understand how hide the "Rich Design" compotent, in despite of it's just features articles.
I've already read this answer from Henning :

THANK YOU FOR THE RESPONSIVE-REDESIGN !!!
I don't use Fresco for any Project, but I really appreciate this "refit" of old templates.
I hope you do this with some others too, I would love to bring some customers additional features.
Is there a official list which templates will be refitted with Gantry 4 FW & responsive design?
